Welcome
I’m a historian of twentieth-century U.S. culture and politics, and currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of History at Yale University. My dissertation examines marginalized groups’ struggles for fair representation in American mass entertainment in the twentieth century. My broad research and teaching interests include U.S. history since 1865, U.S. cultural history, gay and lesbian history, the history of gender and sexuality, African American history, urban history, and the regional history of New England in the twentieth century.
